Permitted use

- Do not redistribute, resell, rehost, publish, or share downloaded course materials from the service unless you have the right to do so.
- Do not interfere with the app, bypass access restrictions, scrape the service at scale, or attempt to access other users' data.
- Do not misuse payment flows, file delivery, archive generation, or shared infrastructure in ways that harm the service or other users.
Third-party services and content
Sûka depends on third-party services for sign-in, billing, storage, and some source content workflows. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy rules, and you remain responsible for complying with the terms that apply to the content you access.
Availability and changes
We may update features, pricing, limits, or supported workflows over time. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the service, create risk for the platform, or if continued operation is not practical. We may also remove or restrict access to content or features when required by law, provider restrictions, or operational needs.
Disclaimers and liability
Sûka is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, access, profits, or content arising from your use of the service.
