Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Sûka, including public browsing, account access, memberships, downloads, playback, and related course features.
Last updated: August 4, 2026
Using Sûka
Sûka provides course and learning-path discovery, memberships, a saved library, video playback, progress tracking, certificates, and — on the plan that includes it — downloads. Browsing is open to everyone; member features require an account and an active membership. Your use of the service must stay lawful, personal, and consistent with these terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for the account you use to access Sûka.
- Use accurate account information when you sign in.
- Keep access to your account private and do not let others use your membership through your session or credentials.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless you notify us promptly about unauthorized access.
Plans
Sûka offers two monthly membership tiers. Both include the course library, streaming, learning paths, progress tracking, and certificates.
- View — $15 per month. Streaming only; it does not include downloading courses or lessons.
- View + Download — $20 per month. Everything in View, plus course and lesson downloads within a monthly download allowance.
- Downloading is a privilege of the View + Download tier. On the View tier, download actions are unavailable regardless of allowance.
- Prices are in US dollars and shown before you confirm checkout.
Billing, renewals, and cancellation
Memberships are recurring subscriptions billed through PayPal until you cancel.
- Subscription checkout and recurring billing are handled by PayPal. We never receive or store your card or bank details.
- Your membership renews automatically each period until it is cancelled, and access to paid areas depends on your membership being active.
- You can switch between plans at any time. A plan change is approved through PayPal and takes effect on your next renewal date — there is no mid-cycle charge and no automatic proration.
- You can cancel at any time from Dashboard → Settings. Cancelling stops future billing and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Already-billed periods are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
- Deleting your account also stops your recurring billing. If billing cannot be stopped, the deletion does not proceed so you are not charged for a removed account.
Download allowance
Downloads consume bandwidth on shared storage, so the View + Download tier includes a monthly download allowance rather than unlimited transfer.
- The allowance applies to full-course downloads and is measured against the size of each archive you download.
- Your allowance resets on your own renewal date, not on the first of the calendar month.
- When the allowance for the current period is used up, downloads pause until your next renewal. Streaming is not affected.
- We may adjust allowances with notice; a change takes effect from a following billing period.
Simultaneous playback
A membership is for one person. Each plan allows a limited number of devices to play video at the same time, and starting playback on a new device beyond that limit is refused until an existing session ends or times out.
Certificates
Sûka issues a certificate when the service records that you have completed a course or learning path.
- Each certificate has a verification code and a public verification page showing the certificate title, your name, and the issue date.
- Certificates recognize completion within Sûka. They are not an accredited academic or professional qualification, and they are not issued or endorsed by the original course author or publisher.
- We may revoke a certificate that was issued in error or obtained by manipulating progress tracking.
Permitted use
The service is intended for personal, authorized use only.
- Use Sûka only for content you are legally permitted to access and store.
- Do not redistribute, resell, rehost, publish, or share downloaded course materials from the service unless you have the right to do so.
- Do not share your account, and do not use one membership to serve several people.
- Do not interfere with the app, bypass access restrictions, evade download allowances or playback limits, scrape the service at scale, or attempt to access other users' data.
- Do not misuse payment flows, file delivery, archive generation, or shared infrastructure in ways that harm the service or other users.
Automated access, crawlers, and AI assistants
Sûka publishes a machine-readable description of itself so that search engines and AI assistants can answer questions about it accurately. Automated access to the public surface is welcome within these limits.
- The public pages, robots.txt, sitemap.xml, llms.txt, and the published structured data may be read by crawlers and AI assistants.
- robots.txt states which paths are open. Member areas — the dashboard, the viewer, learning paths, and the file and stream endpoints — are not open to automated access and require an active membership.
- An AI assistant may search the catalogue, report plan prices, and give someone a checkout link. It may not complete a purchase on that person's behalf: approval happens with PayPal, as the account holder.
- Do not use automated access to bypass the membership gate, to download or redistribute course media, or to create accounts.
- Automated requests are rate limited like any other. Do not attempt to evade those limits.
- Prices and plan details quoted by a third-party assistant are not binding; what is shown at checkout is.
Third-party services and content
Sûka depends on third-party services for sign-in, billing, storage, and some source content workflows. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy rules, and you remain responsible for complying with the terms that apply to the content you access.
Availability and changes
We may update features, pricing, limits, or supported workflows over time. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the service, create risk for the platform, or if continued operation is not practical. We may also remove or restrict access to content or features when required by law, provider restrictions, or operational needs. An account that has been made inactive can sign in but cannot reach member features until it is restored.
Closing your account
You can delete your account yourself from Dashboard → Settings. Deletion is permanent: your membership record, library, progress, download history, and certificates are removed and cannot be restored, and any certificate verification pages stop resolving. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what is deleted and what is retained.
Disclaimers and liability
Sûka is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, access, profits, or content arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions as the service changes. When we do, we update the date shown above. Continuing to use Sûka after an update means the revised terms apply to you.
