Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information Sûka handles, why it is used, and the limited ways it is shared when you browse courses, sign in, subscribe, and use downloads or learning features.
Last updated: July 5, 2026
Information we collect
Sûka collects the information it needs to run your account, deliver course access, and operate memberships.
- Account details such as your name, email address, profile image, and sign-in provider details when you authenticate with Google.
- Membership and billing records such as subscription status, PayPal subscription identifiers, renewal dates, and download allowance usage.
- Product activity such as the courses in your library, your lesson progress, download history, and learning-path activity.
- Support information you send us directly by email.
- Technical session data required to keep you signed in and remember basic interface preferences.
How we use your information
We use the data above only to operate and improve the service you are using.
- Authenticate you, keep your session active, and personalize your dashboard.
- Store your library, watch progress, and course-download state across visits.
- Process subscriptions, confirm payment state, apply membership access rules, and enforce monthly download limits.
- Troubleshoot issues, respond to support requests, and protect the service against misuse.
Files, playback, and storage
Downloaded course files and related metadata are stored so they can be streamed, resumed, and re-used inside the app without repeating the same processing every time.
- Course and lesson records are stored in the application database.
- Media files may be stored in object storage and served through temporary access URLs for playback or downloads.
- Temporary working files may exist briefly while a download, upload, or archive job is being processed.
Cookies and similar technologies
Sûka currently uses essential cookies and local browser state for product operation rather than advertising or analytics tracking.
- Authentication and session cookies are used to sign you in and keep protected pages available during your session.
- A basic preference cookie may be used for interface state, such as remembering the sidebar state in the dashboard.
When information is shared
We share information only with service providers involved in operating the app or when required by law.
- Google may process sign-in data when you choose Google authentication.
- PayPal processes subscription checkout and billing events.
- Infrastructure and storage providers may process hosted files and service logs needed to run the product.
- We do not sell your personal information.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as it is needed to operate your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain service records. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect account, billing, and stored course data, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can choose not to sign in, but parts of the service such as memberships, downloads, and saved progress will not be available. For account or privacy questions, contact us directly.
